Place the flat side of your new OEM Sensor Assembly against the brake mounting bracket and secure it. Crucial Alignment Step: When bolting the cadence sensor pickup back into place by the axle, ensure the painted tracking dot on the sensor face points directly toward the flywheel surface. Route your wire leads cleanly up through the frame channel, click your green and yellow plugs firmly back into their matching sockets, re-install the sweat guards, and power on the screen to watch your metrics react instantly.
5.Important. If you resistance is reading 0 or 100 after installation, please do a resistance calibration.
Step 1: Remove Covers

Front sweat guard
Step 2: Enter Calibration Mode
Tap:
Then repeatedly tap the upper-right corner of the About screen until:
appears.
Step 3: Set Minimum Resistance
Turn the resistance knob fully counterclockwise.
Press:
Step 4: Set Maximum Resistance
Turn the resistance knob fully clockwise.
Press:
Step 5: Install Calibration Wedge
Place the wedge between the 2nd and 3rd magnet.

Turn the resistance knob until the wedge is snug but still removable.
Step 6: Remove Wedge
Remove the wedge carefully.
Do not move the resistance knob.
Step 7: Install Calibration Discs
Place both discs under the resistance knob.
Align both openings toward the front of the bike.
Step 8: Perform the 31-Step Calibration
The screen will display 31 dots.

Turn the knob exactly ¼ turn clockwise

Press SET
Repeat until all 31 dots are filled.
Step 9: Power Cycle the Bike

Open Just Ride and test:

If output is significantly outside this range, recalibration may be needed.
