Industrial Strength: Peloton® Commercial Black Metal Adjustment Lever
Restore the professional-grade stability of your bike with the Peloton® Compatible Commercial Black Metal Adjustment Lever. Engineered specifically for high-use environments and riders who demand a "zero-flex" setup, this all-metal lever is the definitive upgrade over the standard plastic-shrouded versions. Whether you are adjusting the seat post height or the handlebar depth, this heavy-duty lever provides the mechanical advantage needed to lock your components into place with rock-solid security.
Designed for both the Peloton® Bike and Peloton® Bike+, this "Commercial" edition features a die-cast zinc or aluminum alloy body with a matte black powder-coated finish. Unlike plastic levers that can crack or "strip out" under the high torque required to prevent seat slipping during out-of-the-saddle climbs, this metal version is built to withstand thousands of adjustments. The internal spring-loaded ratcheting system allows you to reposition the handle easily, ensuring it never interferes with your pedal stroke or aesthetics.
Why Upgrade to the Black Metal Lever?
Heavy-Duty Durability: Solid metal construction eliminates the risk of the handle snapping or the internal splines stripping under pressure.
Superior Clamping Force: Provides the high torque necessary to stop the "descending seat post" issue common during high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
Spring-Loaded Ratchet: The "Pull and Turn" mechanism allows you to tighten the bolt fully and then rotate the handle to a tucked position without loosening the screw.
Sweat-Resistant Finish: The industrial matte black powder coating is designed to resist the corrosive effects of sweat and high-humidity workout environments.
Universal 8mm Thread: Features the standard M8 threaded stud, ensuring a direct factory fit for the seat post, handlebar post, or sliding seat track.
Pro-Fix: Solving the "Slipping Seat"
If your seat post continues to slide even with a tight lever:
Remove the lever completely and wipe the M8 threaded stud clean.
Use a dry cloth to remove any grease or sweat from the internal seat post sleeve.
Re-install the Metal Adjustment Lever and tighten firmly. The increased leverage of the metal handle typically solves 95% of slipping issues without the need for abrasive "carbon paste."
