Returns are FREE from anywhere in the United States (Including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from PeloSmith, you may return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 35 days of purchase. Items indicated as "clearance items" are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns. Tools such as crank pullers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, bottom braket drives etc are non returnable. Hardware / Assembly kits are also non-returnable. Returns must be undamaged with the original labels and packaging. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
We do not offer free return labels outside the United States. All non US customers will be responsible for the cost of their returns.
